Hi,

I working on getting a system automated. We have a microsoft form that is for payment requests and it includes document submission for payment. I need that form to go to the accountant where they can view the form and docs submitted, then that including the response (approved or denied) to go to accounts payable person. If possible to add the file/documents to a one drive folder. Everytime we try, no one can see the actual form with the request, only the "approve or deny" option. Then the "file" is saved but it's a blank document. They need to be able to see this. Is there another way to do this? Or am I dreaming that this is possible?
