Flows sudden stop working

Two of my flows have suddenly stopped working. They have been in daily use for the last two month, then today they fail and I get the following error:

'Get Response Detail' failed

UnauthorizedAccess to CDB. Inner Message: {"error":{"code":"OperationForbidden","message":"Unauthorized Access","innerError":{"code":"UnauthorizedAccess"}}}

Any ideas?

@danielhopley what action in your flow is resulting into error? Can you help with flow run screenshot to see whats going wrong?

See attached screenshot. The form its trying to contact is on another user account. Its been working with no problems for months, then yesterday it failed.

My alternative is to recreate the form on the same user account as the Flow, but I need to understand why it has failed
