Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

As our team prepares to roll out a few PowerApps internally I've been looking into push notifications to see if they can apply to our use case. Ideally we would like everyone that has the target app(s) to be notified when an update is posted (Flow trigger by new list item). The documentation seems quite sparce in regards to limitations on this function, has anyone successfully used push notifications in this manner? Is there an "everyone" option for target recipients?

I'm aware that individuals or team emails could be targeted but when we have thousands of employees that solution seems unfeasible.
