Hi

I'm trying to create a flow that receives data from Powerapps and creates the file in sharepoint and creates the link too but this is failing. on the output I can see that it can recognise the ID but keeps telling me that it couldn't find the item. How can I get the sharing link id of the newly created file from sharepoint?

Very bizarre. Only guessing here but...the file create takes 2s. Maybe the file is not available for when you attempt to create the sharing link?

Maybe try adding in a few seconds delay between the two steps just to ensure the file is available before you create the sharing link.

Thank you for getting back to me

I tried adding a 3 minute delay and I'm still getting the item not found error

its strange that its not able to recognize the ID

Very weird. Only other thing I can think of is, can you just double check your "Library Name" to make sure the file is actually being stored in that Library?

Same issue, but using Sharepoint doc lib. The flow is working well for some users, and for others not. Adding delay did not help.

    I found a solution.

"Why the hell it works for all users but 2"?

Well, they were the only with whom I have shared the folder in which I am creating the file.

It is unnecessary as they use my flow which uses my folder. By sharing... well I have no idea what happens. The solution was just enter in their OneDrive and press "unlink folder" or something like that (forget...).

Anyway it drove me crazy for a day. non-sense 😄
