Hello everyone,
I'm struggling with design as it relates to security. I have a web app I built with PHP / MySQL that I'd like to port over to Power Apps for the integration into Teams and SharePoint. The its a basic relational database. The main table contains the laboratory information (supervisor, approval status, last inspection etc.) and all the other tables relate back to this laboratory primary key. Inventory table, rooms table, equipment table etc. Each laboratory will have one or two delegates aside from the supervisor, to keep all of this up to date. Essentially it's a record-level permission for a group, not a person. I started out with SharePoint lists but that is so far a nightmare. I'm now trying to see how to do it with dataverse for teams.
I feel like this is a very standard scenario, but I'm seeing virtually zero examples of it online. I'm stuck. Any ideas?
Thank you
Jen
