Rollback approval process

Hi Team,

I have a MS Approval flow which is working fine, i have 1 requirement if approval is in process state and if i want to rollback/stop/delete current process, how can i do that?

Hi @ravi_regal

You can cancel an approval process that has been created in the flow by going to Approvals -> Sent Approvals and cancelling it out.

Alternatively, You can delete the request by deleting it from the CDS. Please see the screesnhot below:

Here, I am creating an approval and deleting it after 3 minutes of Delay. You can replicate the same in your scenarion.
