Flow not retrieving share calendars

HI there, super new to PA.

I'm trying to create a flow that will run once a week, export calendar items from shared calendars, insert the items into an excel spreadsheet then email them to an admin assistant.

So far it works except the flow only pulls my calendar, not the shared calendars

Any thoughts? Attached a pic of the flow, hope that's enough detail

Thank you

    Hi @WadeG

To get shared calendars data, you need to first add shared mailbox to your outlook

Find more details around this via this thread

    Hope it helps 🙂

Oh thank you for the tip. I have access to the calendars in Outlook desktop, didn't know I needed to add them to my Outlook web app. Seems to work now thanks again!

Glad to know it worked !

May be sync issues would have caused the issue  🙂

    Hi there,

The flow seems to be running fine, however, it will only pull 2 calendars. I've recently had a third person share their calendar (I've verified I can see there calendar entries in outlook webapp for the account that runs the flow).

Any thoughts on how I can trouble shoot this? the end goal will for this flow to pull the weekly calendar info for 6 people, dump it excel and email that to an admin assistant.

    Thank you for the assistance
