I am trying to import a solution but i am getting this error:

The image that you have attached with the post seems corrupt. Can you please upload the screenshot again, so that we can better identify the issue and better assist you with this?

Could you please show more details about the error message (the image you attached is corrupt)?

I am sorry. The image is corrupted. It is user permission issue and it is saying you do not have permission to import so contact your administrator.
