Hi All,

On Friday we changed our Dynamics 365 environment to Admin Only mode while we published some changes and then turned the Admin Only mode off... however, all of our Flows that use Approvals are now saying:

The request failed. Error code: 'CdsInstanceInAdminOnlyMode'. Error Message: 'The Microsoft Dataverse instance is in AdminOnly mode and Power Automate cannot access the database. Your environment admin must enable the instance for all users for Approvals to function.'.

I'm stuck as to what to do?

Same issue, test environment had Administrator Only on, turned it off to test some approval flows, flow times out on 429 error 'CdsInstanceInAdminOnlyMode'. Any solutions?

Hey,

I called Microsoft Support who told me that changing the environment to/from Admin Only mode can take 72 hours to sync through to flows(ours took pretty much on the point 72 hours).

Very frustrating when we do updates in an evening and risk the environment being stuck for 3 days.

Just tested after the weekend and flow is now working now, 72 hour wait is the solution.
