Run Flow button grayed out for users

Hello,

I have built a flow that allows users to initiate an approval flow on a document from a document library. The flow has been working fine for a couple of months, but now users are unable to use the flow, the "Run Flow" button is grayed out as you can see in this screenshot from one of my users:

I tried deleting the flow, and recreating it from scratch thinking that something had broken over time, but it has not changed anything. Currently the users, including the user that this screenshot is of, are all owners in the group workspace, that this flow is to be used in. As I said, this used to work up until about a month to a month-and-a-half ago.

Any thoughts would be highly apreciated.

Best regards,

Dan

    @DanHansen

    Your screen shot seems to indicate that the is an issue with the Office 365 Outlook connector - probably a connection issue.  Edit the Flow and and fix the connection.

    Hi Scott,

    Thank you for pointing that out, I am sorry to have wasted your time, but know that your response was greatly appreciated.

    Investigating the issue further, I found out, that the user had to click on "see your flows" and then the flow engine popped up with a message, stating that it needed to fix connections. It looked like the user needed to sign into their Microsoft O365 account, in order to be able to run.

    Again, sorry I should have caught this myself, but I appreciate your help.

    Best regards,

    Dan
