Is it possible to create a Flow using a group email account? I am wanting to create a flow that will pull attachments from a group email account and send them to a sharepoint folder. When I try to add the account it is requiring a password however this account does not have a password. Is there a way around this? Or do I need to give this mailbox a liscense and password?

The group email you mentioned is shared mailboxes, or something else.
Currently only personal emails can be used to configure triggers such as When a new email arrives.
If it is a Shared mailboxes, you could consider using When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox as a trigger.
If it is O365 group email, I am afraid that MS Flow does not currently support such a feature, please consider voting for these similar idea below:
