Flow to send selected documents stored in SharePoint, as attachments, choices in a Form

Hello,

I would like to create a flow that sends out specific documents, as an email attachment, based on sections made in a form.  The user may request one or more documents and I would like for all the document to be sent as attachment in one email.

Any advice on whether this is possible would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

This can be done. Here is a rough outline of what you need to do:
    1. Create the Form:
      • Go to Microsoft Forms and create a new form.
      • Add questions to allow users to select the documents they need.
    2. Create the Flow:
      • Go to Power Automate and create a new flow.
      • Select “Automated Cloud Flow” and choose the trigger “When a new response is submitted”.
      • Add the “Get response details” action to retrieve the form responses.
      • Add a “Condition” action to check which documents were requested.
      • For each document requested, add a “Get file content” action to retrieve the document from SharePoint.
      • Add the “Send an email (V2)” action to send an email with the documents as attachments.
I encourage you to give this setup a try. If you encounter any specific issues during the process, don't hesitate to create a new post in the Power Automate Community Forums. When posting, be sure to include detailed information about the problem you're facing, such as screenshots, error messages, and a clear description of what you've tried so far. This will help others understand your issue better and provide more accurate assistance.
