Hello,

I would like to create a flow that sends out specific documents, as an email attachment, based on sections made in a form. The user may request one or more documents and I would like for all the document to be sent as attachment in one email.

Any advice on whether this is possible would be much appreciated.

Create the Form:
- Go to Microsoft Forms and create a new form.
- Add questions to allow users to select the documents they need.
Create the Flow:
- Go to Power Automate and create a new flow.
- Select “Automated Cloud Flow” and choose the trigger “When a new response is submitted”.
- Add the “Get response details” action to retrieve the form responses.
- Add a “Condition” action to check which documents were requested.
- For each document requested, add a “Get file content” action to retrieve the document from SharePoint.
- Add the “Send an email (V2)” action to send an email with the documents as attachments.
