Subject line for approved request says denied

A screenshot of my Flow is pasted below. I suspect I must have done something wrong with the condition, because this is the email the requestor currently receives when the request has been approved (the subject line says denied). I'm a new user so any tips to fix this issue would be very welcome - thanks in advance!

@Pstork1thanks for your help with my previous issue - hoping you can help me out again 🙂

Here's the way Approvals work.  If you send the approval to one person there is a dynamic content field called Outcome that will contain "Approve" if Approved and "Reject" if Rejected.  If there is more than one approver (All must approve).  Then Outcome will be a string that contains one word for each approver.  For example if 3 approvers and the second approver rejects it would be "Approve Reject Approve".  The other way to check Approvals is to check each Response in the Response collection.

So in your case with multiple approvers I think you want your condition to be Outcome contains Reject.  Then the Yes will represent what you do when its rejected and the No will be what you do when approved.  That's why you are getting the title you are now.  Your condition always leads to no.

I made the change that you suggested, but now I have the opposite outcome - if the request is approved or rejected, the email to the requestor says "approved." (I also tried changing the approval type to "first to respond" and got the same outcome.) A screenshot of my current Flow is below (I switched it back to everyone must approve). Thanks again for your time and patience!

Outcome is a dynamic content variable.  You can't just type Outcome in the left side. You need to use the Outcome variable.

Thank you! I used the Response token and it now works as it should 🙂
