Facing an issue while using Office365 Get managers (V2) in copilot studio

Hi community, 
 
I am recently trying to use Office365 connector to display employee data in copilot studio.
Can you suggest what I am doing wrong. 
 
I think probably , I am using Get Manager (V2) wrong , cause I don't know input in the second field.

    Hi,
     
    Are you passing in the Email Address??? or are you just passing the name?
     
    Make sure its the email (aka the upn)

    For Search Users Action , I am passing a name. 
    For Get Managers (V2) , I am passing a Mail

    I have tried using the System variable for User's mail as well as using SearchUsers() action of Office365 to get users mail. But none works
