Emailing Details of a New Sharepoint List Entry

Hi There - kind of new at the whole PA thing, so hoping I'm not struggling with something painfully obvious.  I've successfully set up my flow to take any new Form entries and make them a new item in a Sharepoint list.  From there, I was able to trigger a posting to Teams & an email notification of the new entry.  But I want to enhance that email notification to contain grid lines, specific field names & respective replies, similar to the example below.  Is there a simple way to do this or do I need to simply create it via HTML?  Trying to avoid that option since the item would be nearly 75 questions long.

You would need to click the </> code view icon in the toolbar above the email body and then use html tags to format your email.

Thank you!  I was hoping that I could weasel my way into some sort of simplistic option I was missing.  Is there any sort of pre-created(?) Dynamic Content that would contain the full Sharepoint details by chance?  Similar to the notification that you can have Sharepoint send out automatically upon a new entry being added?  Essentially, that notice is good enough for me, but I want to add verbiage to it, as well as try to mitigate the need to update the Flow each time a question / field is added or verbiage modified.
