Hi guys,

So I have an automation that when I receive an email (from myself) with information, it creates an item with the information (in a table) and attachments in the mail.

Then I have another automation that triggers when the item is create it and it creates 1 folder with the title of the item, the info and the attachments and sends an email telling the team that a folder is created.

The automation I was thinking about is, from a table in one of the PDF's that is attached in the mail I am sending to myself (first automation), it creates 1 folder for each document I am sending. Those files or documents/drwaings has differents versions so I would like that It takes the name of the file. Create folder if not created or send the new version there too with the old ones. Would that be possible? Should I share more information of the template mails and tables pdfs? There is 1 PDF that contains info about the important ones, just a Transmittal note to let the client know what we just sent, so it should only get 1 TN with 1 type of code, different from the others.

Thanks in advanced.

    Hi @CarlesMartin ,
