notification for lost connection

I see that you can add a step in a flow to receive an email when the flow fails.   However, my problem is sometimes I lose the connection without Office 365 Outlook.  If I have lost the connection to Outlook the "send email" when flow fails is not an option.  How can I be notified when a connection is lost?

Error
Action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' failed
How to fix

    Hi @RDSAdvisors ,

You can add a configure run after and the get notified when there's a failure.

Here's a different example but shows the usage of configure run after.

If the Outlook connection has failed, a notification wouldn't be delivered by email as described by @trice602. Perhaps configuring a "run after" an email step that would send a notification via Teams or another mechanism.

What I really need is a notification if any connection breaks which will cause the flow not to trigger (e.g., Form response received, or email delivered to a mailbox). Since the flow doesn't even trigger, "run after" is useless.

What would be great is if Microsoft built notifications into their Connections tool itself.
