Extract Word document properties into metadata

We have a large number of Word documents that are in a legacy system and our only way to extract them will be via the user interface and then into OneDrive or SharePoint.

This process replaces the last modified part of the document properties but leaves the create date/author intact.

Would it be feasible to have a flow for selected documents that extracts created date and author and puts them into SharePoint metadata columns?

We can then get a much better idea of the age of the document as some of them are quite old and no longer need retention.
