Hi,

I need to add a button to my flow - when it sends an email, the recipient can just read the email or click on that button. If he clicks, this click is a trigger for a new email sent to someone else.

How can I do this ??

NOTE: the multiple choice email option does not work for me, as I do not want the person to be forced to click any button to end the flow .. but if he clicks, a new flow is triggered.

Not sure I understood your concerns.

"Send email with options" will wait until user clicks a button, max 30 days, that is the max time a flow lasts.

If he/he clicks the button before your flow expired, keeps on processing.

You can simply trigger a second flow from your current flow once user clicks the email button, by means of a nested flow:

As an overview of this technique, and according to your requirements:

1.- If user clicks the button, a second flow is triggered

2.- If user does not click the button, the second flow is not triggered.
