Show/hide icon based on entry (or not) in SP volumn

I have a gallery in my app, within the gallery I have a comments icon. 

 

In my SP list I have a comments column (multi line of text).

 

How can I show the icon if there is a comment in the column on my SP list, or high the icon if no comment.

    Add this to the visible property of the Icon
