Hi team,
Some of our users are getting "we couldn't save this connection configuration, please try again later" when they try to access canvas app. It seems they get this error when they try to sign in to content conversion service. Last week one user reported this error and today another user is facing same issue. App was working fine for both users until this past week.
Could anyone suggest a fix?
Hello, @rbn_nue In your power platform environment, check the connection tab and see if you need to fix this connector.

There is a similar post which has solved the similar issue,

The next time your user gets the same error the solution proposed in the above link might help.

Thank you for your post @rbn_nue - we are facing a similar issue. I posted it here. Were you able to get some insights about the issue-root-cause?@DeviKrishna - thank you for posting the linked issue. But the suggested solution does not apply, since the solution is working for 100% of the useres for a long period of time and from one day to another only a small % of the useres is facing the issue. The post you mentioned did changes in the overall rule-setting. What are the interlinks between overall rule-settings and an issue which is inconsistent and is only applied at a few users?Thank you already.

Like I said, the authentication for content conversion randomly disappeared for the users. Although you can try switching the account used for authentication for affected service, if not tried already.
