Can`t find "create file retry" from the Onedrive.

Is it possible that a certain activity no longer exists?
I try to create a certain Flow and it contains "create file retry" from the Onedrive.

I can't find it anymore ..

    Is it possible that this is just a "Create file" but renamed using the elipses (...) to "Create file retry" ?

    Here is a standard "Create file" and it looks the same.Capture-361.png
