Custom AI prompt "Needs attention", clears the prompt and fails to save

Hello,
 
This is what's happening when I try to create a new custom prompt:
 
 
It just doesn't save the prompt, and I see the message "Needs attention",

    Did you try to create a new AI prompt from scratch?

    Looks like it is still occuring as of today.

    I got this warning as well, After I save my prompt I got the status 'Needs Attention' and my prompt was gone. I have tried to create another prompt from the scratch then save it, but when I adjust the prompt and try to save it, the status changes to 'Needs Attention' again. 

    Is there any idea to undo the process and solve this warning?
