Resubmit Flow Action returns error: "The provided workflow trigger history name is not valid"

I am trying to use the "Resubmit Flow" Action to resubmit failed flow runs with automated Dataverse triggers automatically.

The trigger of the flow, that I am trying to resubmit:

The Resubmit Flow Action in the second Flow:

I already exported the flow and added the right trigger name, and I'm using the correct Flow and Run IDs, but I am still getting the error:
"Request to Azure Resource Manager failed with error: '{"error":{"code":"BadRequest","message":"The provided workflow trigger history name is not valid."}}'. "

I had same issue. The problem is not the Trigger Name. Its the Run ID.

In Dataverse table 'flowrun' the wanted 'Run ID' is in column 'name'.

The proper 'Name' value does not look like GUID.
