unzip and popup to rename file after unzipped

I have a zip file of a file structure for all new jobs. We typically unzip this file into the new job folder and then rename it to the new job name. Is there a way to make it unzip the file and something pop up to ask what the new job name will be and once entered it changes the file name to new job name?

    The rename file doesn't give you the option to do a popup box to rename that I can see. The unzip portion works flawlessly

    If you prefer you can also ask the users to enter the new file name with a File dialog box and then unzip the file in that location with the new name that the user had entered.
