Power Apps Business Central On-premise custom API

Hello, 

 I was able to connect with my on-premise Business Central Instance from Power Portal. I can see list with standard web services, but I can not see custom web services prepared. Using Business Central Cloud I could see all of web services. Is it possible to connect with custom web services using Business Central on-premise version?
