Sending Data Between Smartsheet Columns Without Duplicates

Among 'Smartsheet' spreadsheets, how is it possible to send data from the 'id' column of 'Spreadsheet_A' to the 'id' column of 'Spreadsheet_B', without duplicating values in the 'id' column in 'Spreadsheet_B'?
