Hi All,
We have a requirement as follows for a client.
Offer Letter Template - Test.docx is a template based on HR Form teams have pre-defined.
and Workflow has all the variables
Q: Does PowerApps / Flow has the option to generate offer letter or purchasing order based on PowerApps form and Flow?
There is a flow connector that converts Office documents to PDF. https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/convert-files-using-muhimbi/
But I am looking for an option were Procurement department team can use a standard template (Word document template) and when a Purchasing Order when a new PO is generated on the fly as PDF document.

Any guidance will be highly appreciated.
If you are good with HTML you can use the following in Azure to call from Flow.

If you can figure out the pricing with Azure support it can be so much cheaper than these 3rd party services.
I am going to start a blog soon out on smithroad.com, but for now I did create this video on what it can look like on a mobile device. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Re3wU0i4esM&t=5s

Hi @Anonymous,
Yes, we could use flow to convert a file to PDF. However, it is not possible to format the file content.
Using a standard template then replace the variables with dynamic contents is not possible currently, if you need this feature, please submit a request on Flow Ideas Forum:
