How do you manage connections in shared flows?

I create flows for others. For testing, I initially use my own connections. When I want to transfer the flow to my colleagues, they need to add their own connections. I shared the flow with a colleague and instructed him to go to the flow, then to "Manage Connections," and add thes 3 needed connections. He did that. However, when I now go into the flow to edit it, I cannot link the individual actions to his account. He can only do it himself.

How can I make this process as effortless as possible for my colleague, so that he doesn't have to go into the actions of the flow, ensuring his connections are established with the flow and I can then assign them to the individual actions?

Thank you in advance.

best regards,

Jannik

You would need to log in as your colleague and set up the connections with their account. I understand the challenge you're facing. Unfortunately, Power Automate requires the user to authenticate their own connections for security reasons.

Are the flows manually triggered flows? If so, you can configure those types of flows to run on the credentials of the user who triggers the flow.
