In a certain flow, I have set up to append responses from Forms to a SharePoint list and an Excel (online) table. However, at 10:30 AM today, an error 492 occurred in the "Add a row into a table" action of Excel, and since then, all subsequent flows have resulted in the same error.

The details of the execution are as follows: Warning: The operation has been throttled. It seems that the flow's operation has reached the action limits designed to protect the connector service being called.

Resolution: Redesign the flow to reduce the number of actions used with this connector 'Excel Online (Business)' to lower the likelihood of reaching the throttling limit.

For more information on the connector's throttling limits

Resolution: If this error was temporary, try resubmitting the run, as the issue may have been resolved.

All the power automate workflow resume normal; I think it is a temporary issue.

Does anyone have a solution, please? I’m facing the same issue. I added a delay, but it works inconsistently. I also implemented a retry policy in the action settings (Exponential Interval, Count: 20, Interval: PT10S), but it’s not effective. Additionally, I removed and recreated the Excel connection, which worked initially but then stopped. I tried retrieving rows in the Excel file using the HTTP connector with Graph API, but I’m getting a MaxRequestDurationExceeded error.

I also just started having this issue for one of my flow that use the "add a row into a table" in excel online.
most failed but some does get through although it might take 10 to 15 minutes when normally it just take seconds to complete.
i am pretty sure i did not exceed the limit to hit this 429 error

Even we are facing this issue from last 6-7 hours. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Our flow has been running fine from several months and today same flow is running for hours and failing saying: Looks like your flow's operation is hitting an action limit designed to protect the connector service being called. at action: List rows present in a table.

This is a simple excel having 50 rows and 4 columns. No formula nothing is there in excel.

You can add Delay action with some time period in seconds or minute, flow will hold the further actions for some time.
I have tried this, and found this is only solution with 429 errors.

    Thanks
