Access Resource Calendar in Flow?

I'm attempting to build a flow from an account called 'admin' that works on the mailbox of a resource called 'teleconference'.

Essentially:

Event is created in meeting room calendar ---> Modify the meeting details to include the teleconference number and participant code

I've managed to create this on my own calendar, and it works fine. Very simply:

However I can't get this accomplished with the resource calendar, as I can't reference the calendar in the "Calendar ID" field.

I've tried using the actual calendar ID which I've obtained from a script, but that 404's and states it doesn't exist.

Re: Access Resource Calendar in Flow?

    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share a bit more about your resource calendar? Is it a custom or shared calendar?

The custom or shared calendar is not available in Outlook calendar triggeers or actions of Microsoft Flow currently, the Calendar id field of Outlook calendar triggers or actions only support referencing built-in calendars, the built-in calendars on my side as below:4.JPG

In addition, you could consider take a try to get all available calendars of Outlook on your side using "Get calendars" aciton of Office 365 Outlook connector:5.JPG

The flow works successfully as below:6.JPG

If you would like to reference the custom or shared calendar in Outlook triggers or actions, you could consider submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,

    Kris
