1. It is necessary to include the additional corporate fields ProjectOnline tasks in the action "Get a list of tasks" (comments, links, calculated fields...)
2.Very necessary new actions: before to change the set of attributes of existing tasks in the ProjectOnline list!
If the "Get task list" action already exists, it is logical that the owner could fill out: % completion, actual work, actual start and finish, corporate fields in this list in Excel form. Then the next action - is "Change the attributes of task fields by list" in the ProjectOnline from Excel table (the key - task GUID)
A similar scenario has long been used in third-party ProjecTprof applications (for example, PlanBridge https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2ZhrGtK5dg )
However, it is severely limited to the fact that this only works in ProjectProf, and the action is performed manually ...)
It would be very useful to build an automatic Flow for the set time and update the data in the project from external project participants who do not need access to the Project Online!
