Hello,

I'm delving into creating my first canvas app with SQL as the data source and I needed some help please:

I wanted to begin with creating a solution in my dev PowerApps environment. I have seen you should create an environment variable to allow the changing of the data source from a dev to prod, but noticed I only see SharePoint as the connector option. I am looking to use SQL and pointing to a different DB/table for dev and of course different DB/table for prod, how do I achieve this?
Is there anything I need to be aware of before developing. I've used SP as the data source for many canvas apps but have not used SQL.
