Is there a outlook or flow setting not to show this panel :

 

Im able to format the email correctly using <br/> and <strong> but in this panel it displays all the html tags as text and i have to click show original message to see the email as i intended

    Thanks for feedback.

     

    So far, I haven’t seen a way to show or not to show the panel you mentioned using Flow.

     

    I will help confirm it on my side and back to you once I got any information.

    Hi Liam,

     

    All emails sent by Flow Approvals contain both parts. Part1 is a specialized “actionable” message and Part2 is a standard email message.

     

    We don’t currently support a way to prevent the “Start an approval” action from sending the actionable message section. But I’m not sure whether there is a way to disable actionable emails from the Microsoft Outlook email client.
