Error Code 423 - File Locked - Onedrive

Hi Experts,
 
I'm having an issue with my flow – when it tries to rename a file, I get this error message saying, "The resource you are attempting to access is locked." I've already added a 1-minute delay in the flow, and the file isn’t open anywhere, so I'm not sure why it’s still showing as locked.
 
Has anyone run into this problem or knows a workaround? Any help would be super appreciated. Thanks!
