PowerAutomate existing flows not visible

I have created some flows and would like to add them to an app.  When I go to settings in powerapps there is no CUSTOMISE option so I don't see the Pane available in videos.  I can start PowerAutomate from + INSERT but have to create new Flows.  When they run, how do I see the Run Hostory (sorry - 2 questions there!)

    Hello,
    for second question you can see history of run flow  by selecting option like screen below
     
    you will manage then to see it like the interface below

    for the first question it does not seem to be very clear i think that you had to create flow from scratch you should not expect to see them already created if you work on new solution

    For your first question I think you are viewing old videos. The interface has changed several times.  To open the Power Automate panel to add existing flows to an app use the left hand menu.  See the screenshot below.
    To view their run history you'll need to look at each flow in Power Automate. There is no way to do it from inside the Power Apps designer.
