A SharePoint List has a Single quote in the Name--How to deal with it.

I have a list in SharePoint labeled something like "Leaders' Update"  I didn't create it. I'm trying to update it with an Excel file in Power Automate. I have two Send HTTP Request to SharePoint. They enclose the name in Single quotes. Not sure how to escape the Single Quote in the name.

    Try using 'Leaders Update' for the list name in the HTTP requests. In my experience if you crate a list with a ' in the name it will create the list with a display name including the ' and an inner name without it.  If you look at the url on the list settings page you can see what I mean.  Here's an example
