How to add additional trigger in the same topic?

Posted on by

I am creating a chatbot for nonprofit organization, and want help to do the following task:

I have created a topic, and it has a trigger as input, I set the response, and now the chatbot selected end of conversation, but I want to include that if someone types elaborate, chatbot should elaborate more on the running topic. How should I do so? Please help me. I am doing this for absolutely free, for a non profit organization.

Thanks!

@NamanDedhia Two ways would work. You could do the topics separately if you wanted. Just create another topic that is named Elaborate on ChatGPT and put the message in that one. This would work. For example, my first topic is GPT Topic. I created a second topic. It gets called when trigger words such as Elaborate on ChatGPT are typed.

Or you can put a condition or question after the first response to ask a question. I like the first option. It seems clean to me.

Let me know if you are able to get this done. Mark this is solved if you this makes sense.
