Add a Row being throttled?

This past month my flow that had been running for months suddenly began to fail and reporting back with BadGateway 504 and then sent me an email that my flow was throttled. I don't understand why when it is an incredibly small, simple flow. I went looking for solutions and despite editing the concurrency rate and adding in PD1 time out i continue to be throttled. Rebuilt the flow again, and still no go.

What are my options to get this functioning again? It's baffling also because I have a virtually identical flow attached to a different form still running no issue.

    Hi @rfarrow ,

Thanks again for sharing.  I'm providing the latest updated Licensing Guide (attached).

At this time I have only the free license with two flows, this one and the one I mentioned that is very similar ie; collect form response, add a row into excel with response. I rebuilt this one based on a recommendation that it may be sharepoint throttling the flow, but it failed from out the gate so I deleted it and went back to troubleshooting the original. I attached what I am seeing in the cloud activity section.

Thanks for sharing.  Question for you:  what license do you have and how many flows are running under your license?  On the surface, looking your response, this could be the root cause if you have other flows running.

Check your cloud flow activity (shown below) and review your current runs.  Often times, old flows that we developed stay turned on and burn through actions without us even knowing.  Think of this example:  you created a flow that captured responses when a form response was submitted and your next action was get responses and largely the trigger and get responses worked as designed.  You created some other actions, those failed, and you essentially abandoned the flow for a better version in a new flow.  The old flow is still running on that form and burning through trigger and get responses actions.  Long story short, check your cloud activity.  I recently found out of more than 300 flows, I had a couple that ran more than 200 times in the last 30 days I completely forgot about.  Always glad to help!

Thank you for interest in helping! Still very new to powerautomate so this is the first major hiccup in its use
