I have a 'do-until' that will keep going as long as the status variable is not equal to complete. Then within that 'do-until' I have some nested switch statements for multi-layered approvals. They all are working fine up until the final approver. At that point when the user selects 'Approve' 'Reject' and 'Need more information' no matter which 'case' it is hitting, it keeps sending the final approval request. I can't debug since I can't step into the 'Do-Until instance. Can anyone see anything wrong with this flow?
NOTE***I have a conditional statement outside the do-until that terminates the flow if the status variable is equal to complete, that seems to work at all other steps except the final approver as well
Can you share a screen shot of how you configured the Do until action? Some things that you can check that I can think of is to make sure the case of your Do until action and Condition 3 is correct as they are case-sensitive. You may also want to put a Compose action before Condition 3 with the value of Outcome to make sure it is returning what you have in the condition. When you have is equal to, it needs to be an exact match including the case.
