An Unexpected error occured while saving this app - Power Apps Teams

I have created my team and setup Power Apps.    I am getting this very vague error while trying to name my app.

 

An unexpected error occurred while saving this app.

 

Any suggestions as to what the cause might be?

    This has resolved itself.    I ended up waiting a couple hours and trying again, and it went worked.
