Hi,

I am extracting some fields from unstructured documents which accepts pdf file over email. Suppose user sends .xls file the flow failed in AI Builder step.

can anyone please help how to handle such exception?

Hi @plarrue ,

Actually that is not same .. there I was validating whether , pdf data which AI Builder extracted is null or not... Here my concern is if user sends .XLS or any unrelated extension other than pdf ..it is throwing error in AI Builder extraction step..how can I notify the user that " please send only pdf document" such kind of thing,....
