HTTP Request returning same data on different pages

Hi All,
 
im hoping someone can help me with this.
 
I have a Flow that collects data from a third party API then places that data within SharePoint. Each data row has a unique ID so this is used to identify any duplicates.
 
Attached is a picture of the flow, the Flow show different pages within the HTTP adress but its all the same data?

    I had a similar issue once where PA was caching the responses to the HTTP request (or the source was sending cached responses, I can't recall exactly) resulting in the same data coming through each call. I tried to find some more documentation on it but my searches aren't bringing anything up. The fix was to add a randomised header value to the call to force a fresh response, something like this:
