How to send email to user?

My flow is when this field is added/modified, send an email.

I need to send an email to the person who submitted the form. I need their name and email address. They form doesn't have these fields, so it has to come from the account table. Can anyone help with this? I've tried tons of stuff and nothing is working

Does the form update a dataverse table ?

because the first step is not the form trigger.

if not what is being created in the trigger step ? Is there a relationship between the table you are creating a record in and the accounts table ?

it's so that when the form is edited it triggers the flow to send the email

the is a lookup column for name connected to account table and one for email
