Sharepoint Copy Excel files in main folder only into sub folder and then delete the excel files in main folder.

Hi,

I am trying to build a flow where it copies only .xlsx from Shared Documents > Folder A to Shared Documents > Folder A > Archive.

 

I would also like this flow to delete only .xlsx files from Shared Documents > Folder A once it has copied the files

 

I created a flow however it is copying all the files in the Shared Documents > Folder A instead of just files I would like to copy.

Please can someone point me in the right direction?

    Hi @threw001 ，

    Please add a [Condition] to determine whether the file name with the file name suffix contains xlsx, and if so, copy the file

    Thanks Cheng - the only issue I have now is that the 'Copy file' function only allows for current site address which has other files within the 'Shared Documents' file whereby I only want to copy from select folders. Is there anyway around this?

    Do you only want to move files in a certain folder?
    please choose，like  this:

    If you want to move to another site, please choose this way, or enter it manually
