Automating Powerpoint Slide

Hi,

I am trying to automate inputting values, text and image into a powerpoint slide. Is there a way where everything can be used by UI elements?

The yellow text to input text of presentation name, Purple: to add image into the blue box(input and resize to blue box), And pink is to input values taken from excel sheet. Right now I am using mouse clicks using coordinates to direct it to the places. But sometimes it misclicks and values are all scattered in the slide, hence I would want to try whether it can be replacaed to UI elements such that it does not misclick and only input in the spaces shown below. Is there a solution to this?

Thanks 🙂

Since the elements don't exist, I can't think of a way to do it outside of what you have mentioned.

What about creating a PowerPoint template? Maybe that would help?

    Hi @JackyGrealish

Individual elements of a PowerPoint slide can be accessed via the PowerPoint Object Model - ie; via a VBA macro.

PAD does not have a way of calling a PPT macro, so that will have to be written in Excel VBA and then called via PAD.
