Get signatures on a new file in SharePoint flow error

Greetings to all.

I am trying to make a slightly modified flow work but keep getting an error message (see attached please). In a nutshell, I am trying to send a document out for signature and collect it back signed, starting and ending in SharePoint doc library and using Adobe Sign to get signatures. Does anyone have an idea what the error message means exactly and how I could fix this flow?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you.

Aleks

    Hi @Aleks_2020,

The screenshot (with the error) seems to be missing in the opening post. Can you please try and attach it again so we can see what error you are experiencing?

    Hi @Aleks_2020,

Apologies for the delayed response. As a workaround have you tried adding a delay action (with for example 15 seconds) between the create an agreement and the get pdf file actions to see if that makes a difference?

No I have not @Expiscornovus Can you advise on how to do that?

    Hi @Aleks_2020,

Look for the delay action and place it between the last two adobe acrobat sign actions.

Would it make sense to delay it to longer than 15-30 seconds, since it takes time to sign the document? Or is there a reason why to keep it short?

    Hi @Aleks_2020,

In this case the delay was just for troubleshooting purposes. Are you signing the document yourself in this test?

How long does it typically take in this process to sign the doc?

Yes. I am signing myself for the test. It takes 1-2 minutes to sign it.

    Hi @Aleks_2020,

In that case for this test use 3 minutes (or 180 seconds). This way you can at least see if the signing time is the root cause of your issue.

After that we can figure out what the best solution is.
