Forward_an_email_(V2) failing suddenly, Quota Exceedd

As of 1/1/2025 the forward and email action started failing and gives me the error message below

  }
}

I have other flows that use the forward and email action with no issue. Any ideas on why this is saying quota exceeded if the other forwarding flows work?

    Can you check if all the Flow are using the same connection? I am asking because this might be associated to the user account with the flow may have reached its limit for sending emails.

    The other flow that works is using a different account so the limit might have been reached but where can I see this limit? It is a per flow plan and I believe it should have 250,000 requests.
