I found the problem and fixed it.  The approval was sent using an approval connection by previous programmer. THe programmer probably doesn't have access so could not send approval message. I changed to my account and fix the issue.  Would be nice for MS to show which approval connection belongs to whom.  ALso, when I switch to a differnt approval, it resets all the data fields to blank.

I am experiencing the same issue and I am finding it difficult to add my email as approval and the original owner's account is disabled but He already made me an owner too before it was disabled.

Please what other way can this be resolved?

    Hey @felers ,

You can follow this step to solve  the problem.

    1) Create a new connection reference which would use your email  or a service account email

2)Open your flow and locate the approval action

3)Click on the three dots at the right of the action and select the new connection reference you created.

    4)Save and test your Flow

    I hope this helps.
