When a new response is submitted - lookup value from form and save address in response

I have created a Microsoft form that asks for an account number.  When the account number is entered, I'd like Microsoft flow to lookup the account number and then save the address of that account number (saved elsewhere) to my form response.

I've been unsuccessful at this so far, this is my first attempt at really using microsoft flow.

I have so far (can't paste image?)

When a new response is submitted-->Get response details --> Get Items    But I dont know how to search for account number or how to output it to my original forms response.

Thanks in advance!

I got this to work for one entry, but it's trying to do it for ALL entries, and I just want the most recent response to run.

    Hello,

You can leverage filter query field to filter the Sharepoint items based on Account Number and then .

    Eg: AccountNum eq '@{body('Get_response_details')?['AccountNumber']}'

You cannot update form responses, once its submitted by the user, however you can update other columns in the respective sharepoint item based on account number match.

    Hope this helps !
